SHADOWGRAPH PRODUCTIONS, founded in 2000 by Michael Laurence, is a laboratory and production company created to develop and produce new works of theatre and film/video.

In thinking about new work, we are inspired by noir, and especially interested in ideas relating to shadows, shade, shades, and shading.
That is to say: ghost stories.

SHADOWGRAPHS is also interested- as with any ghost story- in the artistic collision of the age-old and the new-fangled, in terms of both texts and technology.
